Hampton Inn Buffalo-Williamsville

I chose this hotel in 2025 for all my business stays. Staff is attentive and caring, addresses concerns immediately and goes above and beyond. ||Rooms are well appointed, I always enjoy having the rooms with fireplaces. Housekeeping here is top notch, rooms are always clean. ||Location is perfect, you can walk in either direction for restaurants. ||I simply highly recommend this location and they take the time to make you feel welcome and rewarded for being a Hilton honors member.

I loved our stay here. This will be my choice of hotel every time I am in Buffalo. The staff were so welcoming right from the start. I want to specifically mention Alex at the front desk. He was kind, friendly, professional, and informative. It was always fun to see him when we returned from our outings. The property is new and very clean. There is a pool/hot tub. The rooms are well equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is awesome. There was even a shuttle to the Bills game for a small price! My only complaint is that we had a conjoined room and our neighbors were a bit noisy in the mornings. I could hear their whole conversations and their tv. Couldn’t hear much from the hallway. Luckily we had similar sleep/wake schedules. The breakfast was definitely above average for a hotel

We had another great stay at the Hampton Inn in Williamsville, located right in the center of a great, quaint little town. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A shout out to Andy at the front desk who does her best to make guests feel welcome and wdo also offers great guidance.

This hotel was excellent. The attention to detail really shows. We usually stay in Marriotts but couldn't find one in the area and booked this hotel based on reviews. So glad we did! It was the perfect location and very cute and quaint. Alex at the front desk was super welcoming and kind and we really appreciated the bottled water that was given to us. The rooms were definitely renovated recently and I loved that there was vinyl flooring and not gross carpet. The bathrooms were roomy and I loved how clean and well kept they were....no mold or mildew on the caulk! Even the essentials like the soap smelled amazing and I loved that they used natural shampoos and conditioners.
