Staybridge Suites Wichita by IHG

Positive: It used to be the best in Wichita. Now it is under renovation and no one tells you about this until you see the tarps cordoning off a large part of the common areas. Negative: They do not have a breakfast anymore and you have to trapes across the parking lots for breakfast at the Holiday Inn. The room lacks luster, the television did not work, it did not have cable input, two lamps didn't work, and the carpet had three stains.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for 6 years now - every month when I come to town. Their staff continues to amaze me. I don’t know how they find their people, but this kind of customer service is a thing of the past that we need to get back to. Always ready to help, always greeted with a smile, always down to earth professional. You might say it’s training, but I don’t think so. All of them are awesome in their own way. Britton, seems to be the newest addition to the family and another amazing hire! Well done Staybridge- Well done Britton!

Hotel is being remodeled (most wings and front) so I could only give four stars. Staff were friendly, room was a little outdated but was fine and clean. Breakfast was to-go or they offered it at the Holiday Inn. Only stayed for the weekend but it served its purpose.

My first trip to this location was last year. (Dec 2024)Yani was at the counter when we visited and she was amazing! She made a very stressful trip a whole lot better! She went above and beyond in making sure that we had a great stay. So this year in Dec 2025. I was driving through and decided to stay here again because of my experience last year and to my surprise Yani was at the counter(again, a whole year later lol). I was surprised that I would see the same friendly face. But again was very grateful from a long day of traveling. She again went above and beyond at making sure that our stay was enjoyable. I travel very often and this is by far my favorite location! I will from here on out stay here every chance I get when visiting family. Thank you so much!! Looking forward to our next

The rooms were clean and well laid out for pur family of 6. The staff was helpful and friendly, the simple dinner was a lifesaver for our kids and breakfast just right. We would definitely come again and have found this hotel to be one of the best ones we've stayed in during our trip across Kansas. The only complaint was we could taste the chlorinated water in the dispensed pop machine.
