La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wichita Airport

The front desk person who helped us was named Claudia. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful. Her friendliness was what's calming in a very stressful situation of travel. And the place is awesome too. LOL Very clean and everything is up to date. We feel very safe here.

What a dump. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am perplexed by the good reviews. It doesn’t look like the pictures. I knew right when I drove up that it was a mistake.|I travel frequently for business, stay in a lot of hotels and this by far was the worst. I can’t believe Wyndham would attach their name to this.|VERY BAD WIFI. Constantly in and out. I was here for business and fortunately did not schedule any video calls. I had to use the hot spot on my phone the entire stay. I complained about it a few times and it wasn’t until I asked to speak to a manager (who apparently does not keep a set schedule and was MIA) that a front desk clerk and maintenance man called my room to try and help. If you could call asking me to contact tech support to fix the issue. I told them I don’t have time for that

Positive: "" Negative: My first shower the water turned black from the bottom of my feet. Carpets need to be shampooed badly. I wore flip-flops in the room the rest of my stay. Priced too high for that. No HBO, MAX, or Showtime.

Good place to stay when flying out of Wichita Airport as long as you do not need a shuttle to the airport. I called and was told I could get a shuttle to the airport so I booked the room, then when I checked in was told they haven't had a shuttle since 2019. Room was clean and comfortable but the lack of a shuttle was disappointing.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was clean. Anti fog mirror was a nice touch. 3 minutes from the airport. Right next to a strip club. Good times!
