Hotel At Old Town

Positive: It was perfect location. Negative: Parking garage elevator did not work

We really liked everything inside this place. It's got all the conveniences of home. The staff was helpful, attentive, pleasing to talk to and very informative. They really go above and beyond. We were due to be in Witchita for a procedure my mother had at Via Christi St. Francis. We live several hours away and having to get up and get ready and make a long drive would be a lot for her. The hospital recommended this Hotel because they offer a discounted room rate for patients and they're family members. So, at the last minute, they were able to give us a double bed room for a night and were so comfortable and greatful to have stayed here because it was perfect. Recently stayed at this location for KMEA. Absolutely beautiful property. Room was very comfortable and clean. Was really happy to see a full size refrigerator and microwave in our room. Great location, close to everything we needed. Enjoyed the live jazz music as well. Wish we could have stayed a few more days.

The hotel is historical with lots of history throughout. My stay was so relaxing. The room was beautiful and very clean! Wow, it had a kitchenette with microwave, stove top, small full size fridge with freezer, sink with garbage disposal and a dishwasher! My view with the city lights was so nice. The bed had lots of very nice pillows. The bathroom was an excellent size! Everyone I spoke with was so welcoming and kind. I thought the price was a great value.
