This hotel was easy to find and was close to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and functional with a kitchenette and a full size fridge. The staff were great. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options, including things like farm fresh local yogurt and cereals labeled "sweet, healthy and healthiest". They also had recycling bins located throughout the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hilton Home2 Suites on Crossmark Road in NE Wichita is usually a nice place to stay, but my recent experience was disappointing. The hotel only had one staff member per shift, which felt inadequate for guest needs. I had booked two side-by-side rooms in advance because I was traveling with children, so I wasn’t prepared for unexpected disruptions. When the TV in our Queen Suite didn’t work, I asked for it to be fixed, but it could not be repaired. This was frustrating, as a functional room is part of what guests expect from the “Hilton Experience.”||||My conversation with the supervisor was unhelpful and, unfortunately, ended with her hanging up on me after stating she was tired and working alone. Positive: Spacious & clean rooms . helpful staff . Negative: They were over booked , when I checked in late night (Called them earlier that we will be checking-in in late) got king bed with sofa bed (Originally booked two queen beds with sofa bed room) they offer trundle bed though free of charge to compensate.

We stayed at this hotel last night. Very nice hotel with nice large rooms. Very high ceilings in ground floor room, which I am not a huge fan of, but that’s ok. Our daughter, her family and a friend of hers and her family stayed in 2nd floor rooms. Stayed here for our Granddaughters Gymnastics competition. However, this must be the place everyone goes to let their children run wild. Our daughter said there was a kids birthday party across the hall from them and was very noisy. A kids birthday party at a hotel? Really? That should be at the parents house! Our daughter also had a lot of noise from the 3rd floor. Wife and I had noise from the second floor, sounded like kids jumping in the floor and a lot of kids laughing loud, yelling and screaming. We also had excessive noise fro

Decent hotel! Staff is friendly. Hate the gym is only open til 10pm. Also wish the breakfast was the same on the weekends has the weekday one with the sandwich bar stuff. All the advertisements they do for it but they dont tell you that part its only Minday thru Friday.
