Staybridge Suites Columbus - Fort Benning by IHG

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! We had to stay here for two weeks for a military move and it was horrific. First off, if you stay on the 4th floor there is no hot water unless you run all the showers and faucets. second, you have to beg to get the trash taken out of your room and new towels. The housekeeping doesn’t even do the bare minimum they just don’t service your room at all and then they roll their eyes when you ask them to come do their job. Next, the staff including the lady who works the breakfast is rude and just gives you evil stares for having children. I highly recommend not staying here as it has been a horrific experience when relocating to an area. The front desk manage said she would only give us clean towels if we brought our dirty ones to the fro

We stayed here when our house flooded! It became home while we had to be out of our home! The staff is amazing! The rooms are so clean and comfortable! Great pool and work out room. The location is awesome! If you want a home away from home, this is your place! Also, Miss Sherry is the best with breakfast and social hour! We actually need to stop in and visit!

This hotel will steal your money!! I needed to check-out a day earlier than my reservation was for. I dropped off the room keys at the front desk and let them know we were checking out and they reminded me of the early check-out fee. I was later charged for the remaining night instead of the $25 early check out fee that was stated in my reservation. It has been over a month since, and NO ONE has reached out to me for a resolution after many emails and phone calls. GM Laura is never around and they will not own up to their mistake. I have finally disputed the charge with my bank as they could not resolve this in a timely manner. Otherwise, my stay was enjoyable, but will not return.

Staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and quiet. The surrounding area was safe with many things to do. The complementary breakfast was good with many different options. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. My only complaint was that it took the hot water a while to actually get hot.

If you were a business traveler, looking for an extended stay, do not stay here. RUN. We stayed for several days with no issues. Paid on time due to an issue business related that was unforeseen. We were one hour late for checking out on our final day. We took responsibility for the mistake as people should. Immediately headed to the hotel to fix things and offered to pay for another night. We were treated like common criminals. Yes we had something unforeseen happened which always happens as business as most business people know, but we took responsibility for the problem, offered to pay for the problem and immediately address the problem, but we’re treated like absolute vagabonds. Do not expect this place to be a good business partner and work with you at all.
