Staybridge Suites Boston Logan Airport - Revere by IHG

I really liked this hotel. The rooms were clean and the decor was modern. The lounge/restaurant/bar downstairs was a great space with a fireplace and plenty of seating. The fitness center was the best one I've been to in a hotel lately - very clean and spacious, with earbuds and waters available. The front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel made an ideal base for exploring the area; it's right next to a main road, near the airport, and there's a fire station just down the road so it's not quiet; but the rooms were spacious and comfortable and to be fair the noise levels did not disturb our sleep. The breakfast is somewhat limited compared to other similar IHG properties I've stayed at. I saw in other reviews quite a few comments about breakfasts, and if your expectation is to sit down to a proper hearty meal, you'll be disappointed, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs as a "grab & go" on the way out sightseeing. Having a shuttle bus to the airport was also very handy and part of the reason why I booked this hotel.; The driver was very helpful and friendly. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay - the hote

The hotel itself is attractive, with clean, spacious rooms and a good breakfast. Unfortunately, service fell well below expectations. Check-in lacked basic courtesy or IHG member recognition, the shower had inadequate hot water and pressure, and concerns were brushed off. The lighting in the room was poor. Nice large window though. A 1PM late checkout was confirmed by the front desk, yet housekeeping knocked at 11:15am while I was in a meeting. The location also lacked Costa Coffee machines, which many IHG properties now offer. $30/night parking fee.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Staybridge Suites near Boston Logan Airport. The hotel is location a 10-15 minute drive away from the airport. We arrived late at night and were check-in very quickly. The front desk attendant did a wonderful job of recognizing my IHG status. The room was a good size and very quiet. The room was very clean and well maintained. The next day we utilized the hotel shuttle back to the airport. John was a fantastic driver and extremely kind. Overall would highly recommend this hotel for a overnight stay!

Loved the location. Easily driven to or easily accessible if you took the train. It’s just a short walk to the station. Room was nice and clean. I think it is crazy to pay for parking but found that that is the common practice for hotels near Boston. Olga at the bar was a true gem. She was very friendly and does her job well. My only complaint was that the planes were somewhat of a disturbance even for a heavy sleeper. I have not had this issue at other locations near airports. We would definitely stay there again if we return.
