Four Points by Sheraton Boston Logan Airport Revere

This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a hotel in a long time. I’m on the road a lot for a living so I have many to compare it to. The customer service and kindness of the employees was unmatched. The shuttle service to the airport was super convenient and the room was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need.

Staff members were friendly and welcoming, the food was great and the room was awesome. I had the pleasure of working out while being there since it's a regular thing for me. Not a huge gym but can get a lot done. Its a great place to stop and did I mention, there is always someone offering some complimentary snacks, whether in the shuttle or in the hotel. This place is a great place to be while in Boston!! Its 🔥 🔥!

Start to finish, just wasn’t super impressed with this hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly. But called ahead to have rollaway bed in place because we were arriving late with our kiddo. It wasn’t there. They did get it quickly though. ||Breakfast was only so so. The usual eggs, bacon, yogurt, oatmeal. But no flavored coffee creamers. And the seating area was really outdated with old chairs and wobbly tables. ||The room was nice and clean. But there is NO pressure in the shower. It’s just a mist. And there are no streaming options on the TV. Which would’ve been fine except we promised a move night after we went to the pool and it was too cold (in the water and air) to swim, and with no hot tub.

Positive: The staff was great and always ready to help make the stay experience exceptional. Negative: Location is far from a T stop and airport

I had an excellent stay here on my way to Los Angeles. Elijah at the front desk was especially accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Also my shuttle ride was very convenient to the airport. I’ll be staying here again
