Quality Inn Boston-Revere

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! Everything was perfect from start to finish — the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The service was top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was so kind, helpful, and always smiling. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of. You can really tell they enjoy what they do! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly exceptional hotel! Every detail was flawless from the elegant, spotless rooms to the delicious breakfast and the genuinely welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the amazing staff. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. When we mentioned at check-in that we were on our honeymoon, the front desk surprised us with a complimentary upgrade from a regular room to a beautiful suite such a thoughtful gesture that instantly made us feel so valued. The housekeeping team added to the magic by creating a lovely towel heart on our bed and leaving a sweet handwritten note that made us smile. And to top it off, the breakfast staff surprised us with a heart-shaped pancake with banana and Nutella topping such

This is our first trip to Boston. We rented a car from Budget and finally found our hotel later at night. The room was clean and spacious. The king bed was amazing. We slept over 10 hrs our first night. My only complaint was the house brand coffee ☕️ both at breakfast and in the room. They should get mini Kureig's with decent quality coffee. The house coffee was terrible. Thank God we found a Starbucks.

The Quality Inn in Revere is a large hotel space with a spacious layout. I would recommend this hotel to a friend of mine if they were in the area and wanted to save money on a hotel stay. It's a shame that the pool in no longer in operation, but the room sizes and the shower pressure are absolutely fantastic. It's not in the best location if you like to walk around and enjoy site seeing, but the staff was kind and respectful.

Great disappointment with customer service. Should it take over a week for the staff to send me a pair of glasses I mistakenly left behind? The manager said I should forward a paid mailing label which I did immediately. Checking my USPS account, they still haven’t sent them. This is unacceptable customer practice. I’ve called the hotel several times, on my next trip, I will spend extra money for a better “quality” hotel.
