Staybridge Suites Benton Harbor - St. Joseph by IHG

Great service at the front desk. Good breakfast and social time food. Rooms are large,roomy and clean but they need some attention from maintenance and they have soap in the shower but its not been full either time I have stayed and I have run out. Wifi is slow. Walmart close by so that is convenient.

We had a great stay at the Staybridge Suites in Benton Harbor. Michelle and Nicole at the front desk were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. They made check-in easy and the whole stay more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but their outstanding service is what really stood out. Highly recommend!

After discovering this hotel last yr. We were excited about being able to stay here again . The full sized refrigerators have a large freezer which are great if your in the area for a charter on Lake Michigan . The rooms are clean , with everything functioning as it should. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They did have a breakfast bar although we didn’t utilize it. I would recommend this place to others staying in.

Stayed from the 3rd to the 21st for work and it was a great stay all-around. Nicole and Lew in particular were great. Nicole checked on us while we were in the lobby our 1st day there and chatted with us and set up when we wanted room service and was very kind and personable!! Thank you much for making it feel home-y!

Stayed here for a month and half for work training. Breakfast options are decent. Social hour is great. Too bad it's only Monday through Wednesday. Fitness room was as basic as other properties. Had to go to an actual gym to do my workouts. Laundry room is a major plus because it's free to use and all you need is to provide your own supplies to use. Room itself was great. Was clean and organized. Bathroom was good. I prefer walk in showers though. A plus is that body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion is provided. The only thing that bothered me was that my room key card would stop working every couple of days. Imagine just coming from the store with bags of groceries only to haul them back downstairs to get either your keys re done or get a set of new ones.
