We stayed here while attending our nephew's wedding. Our family had 3 rooms. We were able to check in an hour early so we could get ready for the wedding. We appreciated this so very much. Crystal was at the front desk, she was awesome. She was very busy, but she was able to help us in a timely manner and was so friendly. We appreciated their housekeeping services for having our rooms ready a bit early even though the hotel was full. The breakfast was really good, very fresh. Our compliments to your entire staff for providing us will a great stay!

Positive: Breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were friendly. Negative: I got a room that could hold up to 6 guests. I had a total of 4 people with me and there was only 1 set of towels. When I asked for more, I was told they were being washed. The staff member who checked me in was not friendly.

We stayed at this hotel with my family for one night (11th to 12th). While the property itself is comfortable and the rooms are well maintained, our overall experience was affected by several shortcomings.||On the positive side, the room was spacious, clean, and pleasant. The bathroom was also in excellent condition, offering good-quality toiletries and a comfortable setup.||However, there are some aspects that require improvement. The breakfast selection and the dining area are very basic, and all cutlery provided is disposable paper and plastic. This significantly reduces the overall quality of the breakfast experience.||The most disappointing issue, however, was related to billing. I was nervous with all the recent negative reviews, but this place was great- staff were super friendly, especially Tomas, who went out of his way to ask us how our trip was, he even put cartoons on for our daughter on the lobby tv. Breakfast was great, tons of options and helpful staff. Nice pool, clean rooms. No complaints here.

Breakfast staff was raising their voices to people getting coffee at 6:50, breakfast started at 7. Overall created a very hostile environment we witnessed it and found another place to eat breakfast. Room was small and blankets stained in multiple places. Electrical outlets in the pool room were corroded and rust overed plates making you feel very unsafe taking a swim. Front desk was very nice though but will not be returning to this location due to the hostility of some workers and room condition.
