Staybridge Suites Augusta by IHG

I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites Augusta for $105 per night. Overall, it was a solid experience with a few highlights and some areas for improvement. The Pros: Spacious Rooms & Kitchens: The rooms are large and come with a full kitchenette, which is a major "pro" for longer stays or those who prefer to cook. Staff & Hospitality: The staff were very professional and welcoming. It was also heartening to know the property is Indian-owned—it added a nice touch to the hospitality. The "Social" Evenings: A huge highlight is the social gatherings from Monday to Wednesday. They serve food and drinks, which is a unique perk you don’t see at many other hotels. This is our first time coming to this hotel and I absolutely love it here!!!! What I didn't expect was our room has a small kitchen which is very nice! (the other hotels we usually go to dont have a kitchen in the rooms) Also, our room has separate bedrooms so that another person can have the other. Also the breakfast they have at this hotel is really good. If we come back to Augusta, we will be definitely coming back to this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for two days monday an Tuesday an It was very clean. The housekeeper were very nice an patient with us ... now as far as breakfast that man is so rude an mean ... eggs were very cold an sausages was white we tried to tell him but he was just like he didnt care. He needs to learn how to talk to people .. overall our stay was great thank you

I only had the pleasure of spending one night but I must say it was one of the best stays I have had in a while! Our room very clean and comfortable. The amenities were on point. The location of this hotel offers you the best in a city location. There were many restaurants and stores located right within walking distance. Let's just say the hotel is in a great area. As if the rooms and their cleanliness and wasn't enough; however, waking up to a delicious breakfast topped our stay off. I am definitely coming back and will recommend this hotel go family and friends when staying in the Augusta area!!!

Before I go into detail, this hotel was currently in the process of renovating. So I won’t penalize anything against them because they are trying to get better. When we arrived, the check in was super easy and we were greeted by staff. They involved us in the social event which they have Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday which had some nice food. The room we checked into was a two room suite. (Since I was traveling with my kids) the master bedroom was very spacious with a king bed and nice bathroom and the other had the same but it was a queen. Nice living room area and kitchen. There was one small issue with the bathroom door in the kids room which my daughter brought to my attention that the door didn’t shut properly so I talk to management and within 15 minutes the handyman came and fix
