Anyone we spoke to was polite. Rooms were clean; low water pressure, but local staff can't entirely be to blame for that. My biggest issue was that they have employees that live on site and we were placed next to one that had kids that were up most of each night we were there, keeping us awake (walls are super thin); we sent VRBO this concern on night #1, but never got a response back. One night our door handle kept getting shaken as if someone was trying to get in (reported this via VRBO messaging with no response back). Rooms were clean, property was clean so no issue there. I would suggest not having the staff smoking out front of the property (maybe go out back) and then keep staff living as far from paying customers as possible. I live in 3 hrs away from this hotel and every time I come to RDU I stay at this hotel ONLY... Every time I come the GM Zareena Siddiqui gives me a hard time she checked me in many times and never charged me the $250 deposit. I watched her check in a white person that was staying 3 nights she did not charge them the deposit then its my turn to check in and I am a black women staying one night and she wants to charge me the deposit. I always have issues with this lady the first time I visited she wouldn't even give me towels I checked in and the house keeper that cleaned the room never put towels in the room. Stay at this place at your own risk. Nobody is hardly at the desk. We missed some important package deliveries because the office was closed during business hours. It's a crapshoot whenever someone will actually do their job and be inside. Management stays on site and walks around drinking coffee and going on smoke breaks as if they don't have a job to do. I'm sure the company would have an issue with their employees stealing time. Our toilet handle broke and nobody came to fix it. It was already cracked when we checked in and should've been taken care of by the staff before renting the room out again. Check-in was seamless. Though I had noticed a couple of issues with my room like the dishwasher didn't work, there wasn't any soap available, and the water pressure for the shower wasn't as strong as I would've liked. Other than that, the room itself was clean, with fresh linens. A bit expensive for 4 nights (~$430 w/ discount).
