After a stressful start to our trip when the Beta Convention booked us into a motel, we arrived with 12 kids and a whole lot of anxiety, desperately needing a safe place for them to stay. From the moment we walked in, everything changed. It was PERFECT. Elizabeth at the front desk was an absolute lifesaver. She not only found rooms for all of us, but she immediately made me feel calm, reassured, and taken care of. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism completely turned our experience around. We ended up having a wonderful stay, and Elizabeth truly is the shining light of this hotel. I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond for our group.

Was excited to stay until we weren’t!!! First interaction with worker Lisa was not pleasant she seemed to have an attitude over phone when I was just asking simple questions…I appeared to be a bother.! Secondly the place was dirty upon entering . And my bf fell sick the day after we slept bc it was very stuffy in the room!! Also when I entered homeless men were crowding the entrance so it made getting my key in the box an uncomfortable experience! All in all it’s a nice concept to have a home style away from home.

Haven't stayed in one of the suites yet. Still working to make that happen. Hospitality is great and seems very comfortable. Environment is great also lot of smiles and good looking women and little ladies 🙋🏾‍♂️

The suite was fantastic! Very clean. The layout was perfect. Has everything you would need. Like having your own apartment to stay in. I will stay again. Thank you, Thomas Langlois

The furniture is good enough to be functional. My best part was the service. Elizabeth, was kind and gave a great tour and explained my stay. Great care for the property and people
