Drury Inn & Suites Lafayette, LA

While traveling through, this was the perfect stop! The price was more than we needed but once on the suite with a mini kitchen great sized frig and nice sitting area we enjoyed the treat. Area felt safe as traveling with a car top storage bag sometimes weighs on you. Next to a Cracker Barrel in a new area will be back easy on easy off the freeway! At breakfast we were created by Allyssa who asked if we needed anything, she was a great host because of her we became Drury members Breakfast was good. The building was nice and the rooms were clean!

This is a great hotel to stay at if you have a Cajun Dome activity. We did the elementary Beta convention and got there easily in 10 minutes. Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and really great coffee. Teresa was the front desk manager and was helpful and check on guests while having breakfast. She was positive, happy and very eager to help guests!!!

I am a loyalty member at Drury because I enjoy all the nice little perks offered. Dinner and breakfast are always great, and the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. And most importantly, as a woman traveling nationally alone for work on a daily basis, I always feel safe. But this particular Drury has something the rest of them don’t have: Teresa. Teresa was made for the hospitality industry!!! She spent the morning walking around the breakfast and lobby area making sure everyone was happy and comfortable. She exemplifies the Louisiana perfect hospitality. She had a little chat with each of us sprinkled with calling us “sunshine” and I can’t even tell you how nice that is. Drury Inn is unfortunately located in a bit of a rough area, but it is a diamond in that rough. Staff is amazingly friendly, call you by name, and always welcome you in, or back.||Hot breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style each morning and evening, and are surprisingly delicious and of good quality. Although I ate out some nights, I regretted missing out on the meals 'back home.'||The Inn does not have a lot of easy options for take-out nearby, but has quick freeway access and a convenience store and Claim Jumper restaurant within a few hundred yards.||The hotel is clean and neat, quiet at night, and has a perfect, clean fitness center. I did not use the outdoor pool but it was clean and open in January.||My trip was paid by my employer, but I would not hesitate to stay at Drury Inn
