Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lafayette South

We were in town this weekend for a dance tournament and we must say we are thrilled to have picked this location! From start to finish Justin the manager made the booking accommodations seem effortless. He communicated via email weekly to ensure we didn’t have any last-minute changes or any additional information. He provided us with restaurants nearby, directions to the hotel and accommodated us with early breakfast. They also created a beautiful welcome sign for our group that we loved! We are very thankful to his staff for dealing with our group as we know, we can be a handful! The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

My spouse and I spent 2 nights at this property. The stay was okay, not great.||We stayed on the third floor near the ice machine in a two room king suite. The bed was low to the floor with no box springs, ceiling was discolored, paint was scraped from wall and air conditioner in bedroom soaked the carpet. There was a blue glow from television even when powered off.||

We had an above-average room in terms of space and cleanliness. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. We had a great stay and an even better night's sleep. The air conditioners can be noisy if it's really hot outside, but they do keep the room cool. The bathroom was spotless, as was the room. The sink was in the bathroom, along with the tub and toilet which could cause a wait if all you want to do is brush your teeth. The staff was really wonderful. They took care of all of our needs immediately and gave us great restaurant ideas too. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and had something for everyone

Our family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. Justin and all of his team were awesomeness!! They were so accommodating and made the entire stay memorable. The hotel was very nice, with a great continental breakfast and very attentive housekeeping staff. The beds were so comfortable we were able to sleep well for the three nights we were there. Whenever I’m in town, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Justin and Staff!

I recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Lafayette South, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The hotel is incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the Riverview is absolutely stunning — a peaceful and memorable part of the stay. The staff truly makes this property stand out. On the morning team, Danny, Barbra, and Ana were outstanding — warm, helpful, and always on top of everything to make sure guests start their day right. In the afternoon, Danielle provided excellent service, always professional, friendly, and ready to assist with anything needed. Lovie, part of the overnight staff, was also wonderful, keeping the hotel safe, welcoming, and well-managed throughout the night.
