Stayable St. Augustine

Stayables has been the best place for my family and I to stay. I had great neighbors and awesome staff. The lease was easy to apply for. Cassie has been great at getting me help when I needed it. Nikki has been wonderful on room cleaning. They definitely have not disappointed us. The location is awesome as well. Thank you so much for all you all have done. Everyone is wonderful.

Room location was perfect for what I needed the room for ( pool party/get together) however the pool closed at 5/6 pm due to pool lights not working. The room was ok for the price and purpose. Now check in is the absolute worst! I travel often and stay in hotels frequently and this check in process was the first of its kind, the hardest and longest. Honestly if I could have gotten a full refund just trying to check in I would have. That would be the only thing I would say bad about my stay, again I only rented this room for pool access which we only got not even 2 hours of.

My stay here at Stayable, St. Augustine is a nightmare. There are a lot of roaches running around the room. I requested thrice to have d room mopped with Lysol to spray insecticide. The manager said they have no insecticide. And they did not bother to mop the floor. ||||There is also a guest on top of my room who has been banging on the floor and dragging objects on d vinyl floor the whole night. So I never got any sleep for the last three nights. ||||I complained to the manager who works in a cubicle beside the laundry room. In the morning at 8:30 am, the office was closed. In the afternoon, I had to track them and spoke with the staff and manager regarding my concerns. Nothing happened and they did not even give a any feedback. Let me start by saying I did not expect much from this place. The photos don't show the unpainted door frames, the disgusting shower curtains, or the brown stains on the bathroom walls. The beds are something out of the flinstones, and the pillows are inconsistent and showing age. Have to use 2 just to be comfortable. Again, wasn't expecting a lot; but I've paid a lot less and gotten so much more. It was so bad I checked in at 7p day 1, and checked out at 12p the next for a 2 day rental. The staff is nice, however they require you to check-in digitally scanning your ID and your face. I am technically savvy (working in tech) but it took me 2 hours to get it to work. Not to mention uploading my information to an app I had no idea existed. IDK felt like an information grab to me. The locati
