Look no further for a romantic getaway for your next weekend away! We stayed several nights while skiing at nearby Lutsen Mountain. The cozy house was amazing. It is new so everything was beautiful and tasteful. The true star of the show is the view of Lake Superior and it didn't disappoint, absolutely gorgeous! Loved drinks by the fire pit, the indoor fireplace and the amazing tree house sauna steps from the front door. We had a clear evening and the views of the stars over the lake and from the bedroom skylights were breathtaking. Only caution I would give is that the stairs to the bedroom upstairs were a little steep so if you have any trouble with that it might not be perfect for you. This place is truly remarkable!! It was the best AirBnB experience we’ve ever had. We spent 4 nights here and loved everything about it. Beautifully located over the water, expertly designed, and super secluded feeling. It really felt like a special private retreat and was worth every minute. The location right outside Tofte is perfect for exploring all the hikes and waterfalls along the North Shore. You can make it to Grand Portage or back to Two Harbors within an hour. And being right outside Lutsen is fantastic for skiing or the alpine slide. We highly recommend spending some time in these beautiful homes - you won’t regret it! Alex is a true super host. The modern architecture, build quality and amenities on these cabins are outstanding and so impressive. The Kalliot A-Frame is a jaw dropper. What Alex has created here, with the direct lake views is so memorable and special. Do not hesitate to book these cabins. Thank you Alex for sharing your vision, cabins and property with us. My wife and I had a wonderful time at Stay Boreal's new Jarvi cabin. The use of space, design, decor and attention to detail are top notch. Everything from the gas firepit outside and the gas fireplace inside to little details like large cocktail ice cubes and north shore guide books were very well thought out. Amazing views of Lake Superior from everwhere but the bathroom, even from the sauna! Alex was an excellent, welcoming, and responsive host!

My wife and I had such a wonderful stay at the Jarvi cabin back in September. The kitchen was well stocked and the attention to detail in everything was very appreciable. Nothing beats the sound of the waves crashing in as you're falling asleep - and to top it off, gazing at the stars through the skylights above the window really sealed the deal. Can't wait to come back and check out the Kalliot cabin!
