Starlite Motor Lodge

Very poor communication between staff. I call and ask if there were any rooms available the lady said yes so I get there and I was one the one who called about the available room she ok but then a guy walked up to her and said no rooms available because of maintenance problems I said what kind she said leaking roof in almost all the rooms. Im thinking it rained off and on half the night sometimes it came down hard but he waited till 2- 2:30 to tell her that I kept in mind that maybe they had customers complaints and the decided to check the vacant rooms but still I couldn't get past the fact that it toke someone till 2-2:30 to say maintenance problems that was cause by rain. Just lazy and lack of communication but I cant be to mad because that is a very run down hotel.

Given my situation, this was a real treat. The staff is very friendly, and I am happy with everything they provide and the cleanliness of my room. This is my second week I have stayed here, and it is nice and quiet, even on busy nights like the weekend. They have been very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place to stay for a week (or more if you are in my kind of situation, haha).

I have been here at the Starlight For about a month now, and I am very satisfied with the staff . They have all been very good to me. Even It is an old hotel You can tell that they take pride in there business. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experience. They charged me $70 for a tiny room. I had not one towel for my shower. Cold in room

I was traveling through Wichita and needed a place to rest before I got back on the road. I looked up cheap and reasonable rooms to accommodate me for a few four hours of sleep and I found this place. To my surprise the appliances and room were very clean and cozy considering it’s an older motel and the staff which is father and son were very friendly and helpful😊
