Stargazers Up Campground was an absolute gem! Our family had a fantastic stay, and everything about this place was perfect. The pond was a huge hit with our daughter and dogs—they had a blast splashing around. The hike from the property to the river is an absolute must—beautiful and so accessible! The lodge was a highlight, beautifully set up with tons of fun activities like a pool table, games, corn hole, and pickleball. The resort pup stole our hearts (we couldn’t resist grabbing him a toy before leaving!). The coffee station was a nice touch, too. Both the lodge and campground showers were spotless and worked perfectly. The woman at the front desk was kind and provided all the information we needed. We can’t wait to return to this amazing campground!

Justin and Brittany were the most welcoming hosts; it it clear that this family run campground is their labor of love. Our dog was welcomed with the same enthusiasm. The campsites are huge with plenty of space between neighbors. The views were beautiful and as advertised, when I took the dog out after dark the stars were amazing. We only stayed one night on our way out west, so didn’t use the pickle ball court. We wistfully left sampling cocktails at the cozy bar for our next stay. This would be an awesome location for a winter getaway in the lodge with skiing nearby. Keep realizing your dreams Justin and Brittany!

My husband and I stayed one night in the campground on our trip across the UP. Brittany was very accommodating, knowledgeable and well-prepared with points of interest and area restaurant recommendations. The lodge looks very nice also. Hopefully I will have a chance to come back and try that out sometime.

My brother and I stayed at this brand new campground from late May -July 2025. The family who owns and runs it, Justin, Brittany, and their sons Cody and Cannon, were the definition of gracious hosts. We were the first occupants of site 20, and everything worked as it needed to for our camper hookups. The bathhouse has great water pressure and there is a wonderful little swimming hole right next to the campground with a small beach and paddle boards and kayaks for anyone to use. Watch out for Pippen, the family dog, who likes to take a dip to cool off. He'll also come welcome your dogs if they're accompanying you on your visit: a great best friend. Tho we didn't stay in any of the rooms in the lodge, the bar downstairs was a perfect watering hole after a day exploring the waterfalls and n

Passing through on the way to North Dakota Sites were fairly level and the hookups and tables were pretty new. Was on the scenic byway and if we had more time would have explored a little more. Was a little stressed about getting there in time to check in between the time zone change which was luckily in our favor and the fog rolling in it would have been nice if check in was a little more relaxed since we were paid in full.
