Quality Inn Ironwood

App was having issues so I was not able to use points. She kindly gave 10%off, but I didn't get rewards on all nights stayed. Hot tub was not hot. Pool very comfortable. Sauna was hot!

great location, ONE female staff has been friendly, but very strict on no drinks in pool area (no water either…) … clean rooms although smells kind of odd, good pool, tiniest hot tub in America - good breakfast if you have a kid careful, they hate kids having a good time :(

Positive: Closeness to.aces unwanted to go. Negative: The rooms weren't cleaned very well. Pop bottle tops under the beds, a broken piece of a plug in on the floor that stabbed me in the foot.

Mold in multiple room's vents (including the lobby's) water damage in the ceilings, I'm just glad I was able to dodge sleeping in our original room (pics related) and get to a new room after 4 extra tries that finally didn't have mold. I really don't wanna be a jerk but as an asthmatic person having mold in most of your rooms is a huuuuuge turnoff. Whoever cleaned most of these rooms should get their rooms inspected an extra time. That said, big props to Robbie the front desk worker. He was super nice and understanding, and led my brother and I through the open rooms until we found a room without mold. He showed genuine compassion and was a huge help. Also thanks Robbie for getting us a discount for the trouble 💜

Stayed at the Ironwood Choice Hotel this past weekend and it was a decent stay. The hotel is maintained inside. Room was clean except for the hair in the bath tub. The bed is firm so if you are expecting soft, the king we had was not. Smoking areas are right outside the entrances so for non smokers it kind of sucks to have to walk out the door to smoke in your face. Maybe move them a few more feet away from the entrances. We were expecting to have breakfast before checking out in the morning but when we went up to the front entrance there was no offering - mind you this was 7:15am. We left and went across the driveway to Kwik Trip. When I pay $200 a night I am expecting that there would be some offering. We saw juice, coffee and a few dispensers of what we assumed was cereal.
