Marcy checked us in and was exceptional the entire time! Pool and hot tub were crystal clean! Quiet place! Very nice sitting area to play cards and watch TV! We would come back.

Positive: Nice room. Good Breakfast, Clean. Negative: We had our pet with us and they put us on the 2nd floor.

This is clean and up-to-date hotel in Ironwood Michigan. I would have given it more stars except for the following concerns: First, this is a two story hotel that does not have an elevator. If you have mobility issues, getting to a second floor room can be a problem. Second, their breakfast includes waffles and breakfast sandwiches that need to be microwaved. However, during our visit they did NOT have scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage or bisquits and gravy.

Kind of disappointed in our stay… I was not very happy that breakfast ended before the stated time. We went to church down the road and when we came back at 9:45, expecting to have breakfast, half of the breakfast stuff was already removed! ALL the hot foot - gone. The trays of bagels, bread, donuts etc - gone. I had my three kids with me who were looking forward to a decent hot breakfast and ended up taking them to breakfast at the restaurant in front of the hotel. Not an expense I was planning on, especially after spending over 300$ on a room we were in for literally 8 hours total. We checked out shortly after we tried to get breakfast and I notified the front desk clerk of breakfast closing early but she didn’t seem to care too much other than saying that the restaurant in front “has p

We stayed on a Saturday night, wanted to use the pool, hot-tub, sauna on Sunday morning but it was closed as maintenance was testing the water. The main reason we booked that hotel was for the pool and hot-tub, what a major disappointment. Don't mean to be all up un your business ... but why can't maintenance test during "pool closed hours over night?".
