Starfish Manor

This was just what I needed for a solo birthday retreat. Check-in was simple room was clean fresh and so cute. The jetted tub with a view omg so peaceful and beautiful. I had some online work I had to finish up great internet too! All the staff were friendly and helpful even the construction workers were kind not loud very considerate! Definitely will be back and highly recommend it.

This was our second stay, the first was 4 years ago. Our experience was great both times! The property is very well kept, looking clean and polished. They have cozy touches around the property to feel more serene and relaxing. Our room was impeccably clean, and set for a cozy getaway with robes laid out. The bed was a bit on the softer side, and had layers of blankets to keep us warm when the fireplace was turned off. The balcony had walls to ensure privacy between balconies- but the beach goers can still see in so make sure you close the blinds when warranted! The sound of the ocean carried through the windows, which helped add to the coastal, tranquil vibe. Overall, relaxing by the fireplace and then wining down in the tub while watching sunset was our goal and Starfish Manor absolutely

Positive: Being close to the beach and having a hot tub in room. Negative: We stayed here a few years ago and it seemed you were updating, still updating?? Lack of parking, waited 5 or more minutes to check out, no one at the front counter. Had a difficult time cooling our room down. 74� is way to warm.

**EDIT OF REVIEW** Unfortunately, we were only able to use the hot tub once because of it leaking. When we got into our room we notified the front desk of the hot tub leaking from the bottom and were informed they didn't have anyone that could look at it but would note the concern on our account. After the one time we used the hot tub the water level was to low to turn the jets on (we both had to be in it the 1st time to raise the level enough but that was fine since we both wanted to soak our pains away) but by 5am when we wanted to start our day with a hot soak the water was barely at the seat level. We booked the trip for the sole reason of soaking in a hot tub because we both are trying to avoid surgery for different injuries so at 6am we decided to load up and head the 3 hours back ho

Our trip to starfish manor was the perfect way to reset from our hectic daily routines! We got a room on the Lower level and were able to sit on the lawn chairs and watch the sunset! The hotel has close beach access and is close to food and shopping. Our room was spacious and big! The staff were friendly and very sweet! We will be coming back to stay again!
