Ms. Catherine is so sweet. Beautiful apartment. Brand new stainless steel appliances. New white cabinets. Beautiful hardwood floors. Huge closet. Great neighbors. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, bus line, & Publix. Any maintenance issues are addressed immediately.

"Won't tell crack hell hotel" Monthly rent for my single occupancy room...620$.cash up front. Maid is not to be trusted. Stealing is part of her job description. Catharine the mgr however,was a true friend once she got to know me. A tough lady that deserves a better place to work. Maintenance...After living there at the Stanton for 14 months,I only had maintenance come by to fix the A/C once.Every other request for a maintenance issue was ignored. Catharine,get outta there my friend...You deserve better.🌹

Rooms are not recommended!!! Bed bugs infested. No refunds allowed. Guest provided pics to manager that showed bed bugs bites and no refund was offered. Guest was moved to another room, and it was the same condition. Health Department and County Inspectors will be notified asap. I am eager to notify the media as well.

Rats come in thru the old heating duct in rooms! Every night if you block it they chew thru it, they also come n thru bathroom sink! Catherines a b---ch always has been ! Place is groose!

I am not staying at the Stanton but I am residing at the Whitney. I find it. Clean. There is a microwave in the kitchen but no where to wash a dish. Unfortunately. For now it works. It's affordable.
