Stamford Marriott Hotel & Spa

The staff were all really nice and helpful but the rooms definitely need some much needed updating, things are starting to fall apart and things are kinda dirty. Cleaning of rooms can be improved, the nightstands had a layer of dust I only noticed when I sat something on one of them and moved it and saw clean marks from where I moved the item. The Internet on the TV kept going out randomly and the OS on the TV was crazy slow.

Shout out to Ashley @ the front desk, and Christian in the restaurant, they were outstanding with service and friendliness!!! Although the hotel is aged, the staff made up for it. Would recommend due to excellent location and the welcoming staff!

Positive: Everything it was clean everyone was nice. Great place to stop we slept great. Negative: Nothing really wish parking was free for guests but wgat can you do

Was there on business. Utilized company credit card to pay for room. Used my personal credit card for incidental hold upon check-in. My personal card was charged $606 for INCIDENTALS. I was told it would be refunded upon checkout. It was not. Marriot informed me it takes 3 - 5 business days for the refund. Unacceptable. I was also told it should've only been a $75 per day hold. I was there for 2 days. Be wary of charges when checking into this hotel.

My stay a few months ago at this hotel was a good one. 1st time in Stamford and I was not disappointed We had a very nice and professional front desk staff agent by the name of Milka. She was awesome! We had one of the renovation rooms which made our stay even better. They are in the process of renovating all rooms can’t wait for that to happen. This hotel was a short walking distancing to everything . ♥️ I will stay here again
