Hampton Inn & Suites Stamford

The women at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The beds were so comfortable and the room was very clean. We had a quick breakfast and it was really good my son said it was the best waffle ever! There were some special touches that were nice like the decor. Each light in our room you could choose whether you wanted white or yellow light and we all enjoyed that. It was the quietest hotel we have ever been in there was no noise at all! Even the heating systems didn’t do that thing where they go on and off all night. My kids both really appreciate the view of the river a tall building and a grassy area!

This is a very nice hotel, extremely clean and nicely decorated. Our room was huge, we had a king studio. Bathroom was squeaky clean. We especially enjoyed the lobby, as there was a lot of room to sit and relax. We had never been in Stamford and chose this hotel because it was a block to the downtown area. We thought we would walk over for dinner, but just as we started walking we realized it was a very questionable area, and didn't feel safe, so we returned to the hotel. We were going to go to the onsite Italian restaurant but it was closed. (It was a Monday) So we ordered a pizza, which was totally fine. Love this property! Rooms are so bright and fresh, breakfast is above par to any other Hamptons I’ve frequented. All said, the STAFF are what has me coming back time and again. Ashley at the front desk always greets me with a smile, and has accommodated my stay and always goes above and beyond. I feel like royalty when I walk in. And then there’s Annabelle. She remembers my name and what snacks and soda I like. She has sent me on multiple getaways that should be advertised as FREE for all the extra points and cash you get. If you see her, you’ve won the lottery. Let her hook you up!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay, the room, hotel, breakfast, even the restaurant located in the lobby was excellent. I spoke to the General Manager Madhu Dalal on something I needed regarding the gym, she was very Professional and accommodated my wife and I perfectly, I would also like to say a special shout out to Ashley which handled the desk in the front, as I waited to speak with the manager, I observed her multitasking and treating everyone as a valued guest and was very Professional.
