St. John's River Marina & RV Resort

The showers remind me of being at a summer camp completely made of cinder blocks garbage shower heads and at 1350 or so a month it’s abysmal. There aren’t concrete pads just gravel and again for being the most expensive place around? The “laundry room” is a joke the 3 dryers that are there don’t work like at all I ran the dryer 3 x and my clothes never dried. The guy in the blue truck. The “general manager” well let’s just say I’ve met rattle snakes with better people skills. The office ladies were ALWAYS nice. Always. I never had an issue with them. Just that barnacle of a general manager.

It's nice and quiet. The restaurant has nice views of the river and can be easily accessed by boat if you like.

Don’t leave early. They bill you ahead so you pay for the time you’re going to be there not the time you’re actually there I left two weeks early. They kept two weeks rent and my $250 deposit so I’m out about $700 and they could care less your reservation was through September. OK my reservation was through September. I have no control over a job finishing early and having to go to the West Coast of Florida so instead of being a fair business and giving you back money that they charged you for a time you’re not even going to be there they tell you oh you’ll just have to forfeit that Great location really is a great location. Terrible office staff.

We were in the campground and have been here about two other times. Everyone is friendly and we booked for next year.

We've been coming here for years & this was our last trip. Reviews are 1000% correct, new owner is a on some kind of weird power trip where he just threatens you. Zero customer service. The staff don't like him & told us that up front (which we thought was odd), we've never had issues with parking before but they offered us no where to park then he threatened to tow us or charge us for another spot when we parked in empty spots. We told them how many vehicles & boats we had when we made the reservations & they said no problem (which it never has been in the past). There were exactly zero people in any other spots near us (obviously the business is failing because of him) the place was dead but jerk face said we couldn't park anywhere.
