St Augustine Villa

We cannot express enough how amazing this home is! From the initial booking, the whole process, and answering my endless questions, Alex & Shaiffu have been wonderful! From the moment we arrived they were beyond accommodating and you feel right at home from the first step inside. This home has so much history, charm, and is so conveniently close to everything! You can absolutely see the love and detail that Alex & Shaiffu put into every room in this home; truly there was not a single thing missed! The next time we come to visit St. Augustine there is no doubt this is where we will be staying! Thank you for the amazing memories!

Truly a 5 star!!! The pics are exactly as shown. I was worried the rooms would be small because sometimes pics have that effect of making items look larger. However, the rooms were very spacious. We used the grill, patio table, front porch, just about every room. The location was absolutely key to our stay. I felt comfortable with the area and our young adult kids (18-20) were able to go into town without me feeling like it was unsafe. From initial contact with Alex and Shaiffu to the very end. Just absolutely LOVED this trip. Wouldn’t change not one thing!

A perfect place for our girl cousin reunion! 10 of us (4 generations) appreciated the comfy but classy atmosphere, luxurious sheets and towels, and plenty of space! We walked, shopped, cooked in, ate out, chilled, toured the sites, and simply enjoyed each other’s company. What a great property. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed, and are most helpful in the booking process. This house has the most interesting history, and it was fun to learn about it. I highly recommend this property.

A wonderful intersection of old world and new world. Beautiful historic home with all the modern amenities. One of a kind that will be part of our family memories forever. Easy walking distance from all the sights, restaurants, and shops in downtown St. Augustine. Only minutes by car from Anastasia State Park and St. Augustine Beach and everything in the surrounding area. The hosts are exceptional and extremely responsive. We simply could not have asked for a better place in a better location with better hosts. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

What a great house and great hosts. Perfect location and the house had everything! The best was that every room has a bathroom. When you are staying with 10 ladies that is a great thing. 😁 So close to everything and so nicely kept. I 100% recommend and will stay here again if we have a group.
