I am a retired Supervisor and my friend was aa NP, right under a Doctor. We are both professionals. |We arrived early, found out you could not register 4PM. When we got there I asked the reception woman for a men’s room. She was dressed like a cleaning lady. She said she didn’t have any downstairs. Steve, the other guy showed me the bathroom which was locked. The bathroom door was stuck, he had trouble opening and closing the door. |The woman was extremely rude talking how much we saved booking early. We went to the room and found the towels dirty and stained. It appears that the towels rough and maybe not washed properly. We tried calling to get clean towels and the phone didn’t work. Ever go to a classy hotel and see the management leaves the microwave and refrigerator unplug to save el

Five stars all around. This hotel was spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The location on A1A was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling relaxed and convenient. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend, and next time we’re in Saint Augustine, this will be our go-to hotel.

UNBELIEVABLY terrible experience. Rude people, talking to the guests as if they hate their guests. Stains, bugs, dirty environment and most of all; NO PRIVACY. They will call you to ask trash questions even at 7 am in the morning. They will get into your room even if you have a “do not disturb” on the door. They will charge you endless “extras” if you EVER give them your card info. All you want is to be left alone, right? NO CHANCE. Terrible hotel, terrible people. We just moved on to another hotel and didn’t even ask for a refund for the days we didn’t stay. We ESCAPED. Thank God we could.

I am a local business owner in St. Augustine. We needed a 1 week stay while we were looking for a house to purchase. I knew the owners in advance, from my retail store. So I decided to stay here for a week. However, we couldn’t. After 3 days of horror and disturbing dialogues, we just left. No need to add the details here, just sort the reviews “newest” and read. Other people’s experiences are accurate. You may think like we just left and that’s it. Unfortunately, not that easy. They still text our numbers, claiming we may have smoked in the room, trying to find a way to charge us. Not only this is a blatant lie, but also a cheap scam technique that we already knew. Lunatic. I don’t know how I will get rid of the endless text messages we still receive after we already left. I told them

The hotel workers are rude. My check out time was 9am. I ran into a lady and she took my card at 8:30 I gave it to her just because she asked. Now I was waiting for an Uber and asked if I could wait inside since it was so cold. The old man at the front wouldn't let me in with her standing right behind him. J just didnt want to freeze outside. If my check out time is 9am why the hell cant I stay for the allowed amount of time that WE PAID FOR. WILL NEVER GO BACK- FAMILY OWNED BUSINESSES i would think we be kind and understanding. Just moved From Texas and so far Publix is the only place where people are kind. This hotel deserves not even one star.
