SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wichita Airport

The service was amazing and the General Manager Deang Sivilay (Noy) was the sweetest! She is such an amazing person and great manager, so personable and helpful! She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable as a guest in this Marriott. They truly have a gem and hopefully they know this and recognize her for her dedication to her job and her staff. She worked around the clock to make sure her staff had a Thanksgiving meal prepared for them. The rooms were fantastic, clean, comfortable, and pleasing. The breakfast was great, we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Springhill Suites Wichita Airport:||Great folks here. If you should need an extended stay, this is the place for you. I stayed for 6-weeks because of a daily medical infusion.||They have handicapped parking near the front door. Handicap rooms are available ||Great breakfast, major shopping a short drive away, airport shuttle. |Easy access to major roads.||What more could one want?

Great place to stay, soon as I checked in, the manager gave me 2 bottles of water & was very helpful! Stayed here during grandson's hockey games with other team players. The room was very large and roomy, with a pullout couch, office desk area and 2 queen beds. Overall was a good place to stay! 🙂

This was my first time staying at a Springhill Suites. I was surprised and very impressed when I walked into the hotel. Booking in staff were very nice and the process went very quickly. As I went to my room I could not help noticing how clean and modern the hotel was. Then when I went into my room it was much larger than I had anticipated. The room was set up nicely and I really enjoyed the separate bathroom as well as the couch area. The beds were very comfortable and the TV was large enough to view and enjoy from any bed or the couch. I also enjoyed the use of the microwave and the refrigerator.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Service at the front desk was awful, very rude. We had a reservation through Marriott's employee discount but the girl at the desk wouldn't honor it without a form that we haven't ever needed to use before. We have never been told to use this mysterious form before, and haven't ever heard of it. She wouldn't even honor our conformation number. We were payed up, had the email conformation of the reservation, and she refused to let us have our room unless we showed her this form we never heard of. We ended up having to cancel our reservation and find a different hotel, one we could barely afford.
