SpringHill Suites by Marriott Sacramento Roseville

first time in Roseville. I've stayed in many other hotels like this one and I didn't get the same vibe and it looked a bit dated. the room was a bit tight and the AC, oh man, it was louder than a jet flying over your house. Location was great as I could go to any number of places I wanted.

Great front desk service, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. Good breakfast. Most importantly location is close to eateries and entertainment also the freeway.

Hotel staff were great!|We stayed there to see a concert at Thunder Valley Casino. Continental breakfast was good. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. But all in all. Great place to stay. I will stay again for the next concert.

Easy access off/on the freeway. Not too crowded. Lobby area and inside were clean. Had no problems at all with our rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Didn't have a chance to have the free breakfast though, seems like from the pictures on the website it would have been good. Fast and easy checkout. Overall was a GREAT first time stay at this hotel! Would highly recommend!

Bonita the bar tender was extremely rude, she did not acknowledge us when we approached bar for service 02/17/26. She hooooed my husband twice and myself once when we ask to order. Her demeanor was horrible. I smiled, was pleasant and her stank look never softened, didn't change one bit. It took her 5 minutes to ask if we would like to order, and once we did her look of distain was very offputting. In addition she overcharged for all drink items. We spend lots of money with this chain and are elite bonvoy members. We have come to expect much more from Marriot properties.
