My stay at this hotel is unfortunately very disappointing primarily due to the level of service provided. Upon arrival, I interacted with Julia at the front desk and found her to be unfriendly and unhelpful. When I inquired about the amount of the security deposit, I was told that the amount could not be determined until my card number was entered. I found this unusual, as the card machine was present and I expected the deposit amount to be communicated clearly in advance. I was assigned a ground-floor room and requested a room on any other floor. I explained that I had previously experienced an incident at another hotel involving someone attempting to access a ground-floor patio door, and that staying on the ground floor makes me feel unsafe. I stay here every time my sister goes in the hospital, it is a beautiful room that is very spacious and clean. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, and the room is spotless every time, and the breakfast is outstanding. On top of all that, the bed and bedding are very comfortable, and very good quality pillows and bedding. The staff know me and help me iron out details when I need to extend a stay or have an early checkout. There has been just one miscommunication at one point, ...but even with that, when you consider the cleanliness, friendly staff, outstanding breakfast and flexibility, this is the only place that I want to stay when I come to Roseville. The hotel appears to be spotless.. smells fresh and new!! When I took one of the towels from the towel rack to place it on the counter.. a long hair fell into the sink.. I know it wasn't mine because I'm bald, the elevator wasn't working correctly.. it would take forever to go between floors, but was repaired. There is a full size washer and dryer that's available to guest. Great features .. but something but occurred that made me uncomfortable.i was acted by at least 3 associates "is that a service dog".. I think once is appropriate, twice is cautious, third is harassment. I offered to show proof she was each time and got no reaction.

I travel a lot with my daughter for club volleyball, and we have stayed in numerous hotels and Airbnb's over the years. This was BY FAR the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The room was clean, and the space with the bunk beds was perfect for my daughter to have her own space in the room. We found the room incredibly clean as well. While it's true that there is a significant amount of outside car noise, we did not find it too annoying in any way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I stayed here on a Saturday night during a weekend trip to Sacramento. The staff were courteous and friendly, no issues there. Parking was fine, even on a popular weekend night, the lot is big enough. My room was reasonably clean; clean sheets, clean towels, everything was well-organized and wiped down. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had good water pressure and temperature control. The price point is good for the location (it's the cheapest hotel in that area). However, our room felt noticeably run down in ways that no amount of daily cleaning can fix. There were lots of small tears in the room curtains, stains and dents on the furniture, and just lots of general wear and tear throughout the room. I felt like I kept finding a new issue each time I looked at something. Same was
