Home2 Suites by Hilton Roseville Sacramento

The room, service, and location was perfect for my business trip. I was going to work early and coming back late and this hotel provided me with everything I needed to be successful. The breakfast was a little different than other Hilton properties but still fueled me up in the morning and the coffee was awesome! The Suite was roomy, clean, and modern and had all the amenities I needed for my stay...the bed was a piece of heaven! The staff were awesome, extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Overall, I had a great stay and look forward returning in the near future.

Very nice and spacious room and bathroom. CLEAN. Comfy bed, couch, and seats. Kitchenette was nicely stocked with real dishes, utensils, microwave, a large fridge, and a DISHWASHING MACHINE. Like whaaat?! To top it off, hot breakfast was included. Would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing experience. I thought being a Hilton hotel this would be great but this hotel was not up to the standard I expect of a Hilton or even a basic motel. The first morning after a long night flight, went down to breakfast at about 8.45 not realising that breakfast would be immediately cut off at 9 am. Was just trying to get some toast when the waitress, Consuella reached in front of me and closed the curtains to the breakfast counter. I found this very discourteous and when I asked her what she was doing she shrugged and carried on closing every down before I could get my breakfast. The next morning we went down early, having learnt our lesson, to find no bowls for cereal, no dessert spoons for cereal, no fresh berries although there were the remains of them in an empty

Positive: Location, hilton brand, room was nice size but not needed for long stay Negative: Corner room felt like outside sound from cars and motorcycles was easy to hear, could not get the fan to stay on continously for background noise. Early morning freight truck delivery woke me up parked in front. Breakfast looked unappealing, skipped it.

It really was 5 star. The property appeared neat and clean. Furnishings were modern and in good repair. My room was clean and spacious. I roomed alone, but 2 and a child or two could easily be accommodated The staff was excellent! The assistant manager, Jacob, should be recognized for his excellent customer service skills. We had the free breakfast and it was decent. I had a bagel with cream cheese and a little pre-made omlette. It only had red and green peppers but it was really tasty. I saw biscuits, cereal, sausage a waffle maker, etc. Good hot gourmet coffee, selected teas and other beverages. It wasn't Ihop, but it'll hold me until lunch or dinner.
