Residence Inn by Marriott Roseville

For a night its all right. Staff is nice, well maintained and clean lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was in good condition and got a good nights sleep. In the kitchen the sponge was used, the dish soap was half empty, and the paper towel roll had 2 sheets left on it. In the bathroom 2 floor tiles where broken, crunched when walked on. The shower only had 1 door, the other door was replaced with a shower curtain. Breakfast was fresh at least. With other Marriotts nearby, and I mean in same parking lot, I'd try them instead.

I hold multiple memberships profile across the Marriott brand portfolio the highest being a Titanium Elite member and a frequent business traveler. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. After 18 hours of travel across three states through wind storms, snow, and heavy rain, I arrived at Residence Inn Roseville where i just wanted a hot shower and a bed to sleep in. I had a confirmed reservation booked through our corporate account. Upon arrival, I was told the hotel had overbooked and my reservation had been canceled because other guests checked in before me. I had a confirmation number and a hold on a room for the night. There was no attempt to accommodate me, no meaningful apology, no assistance finding a comparable nearby property, and no service recovery e

We absolutely love this place. We like to take our family on little trips as often as we can and this hotel is one the whole family agrees on. We really enjoy the layout of the rooms. This trip it was only 5 of us but we have been here with 6 in the past. Our favorite layout is the studio two bedroom with a king bed, a queen bed and the pull out couch. This accommodation also has 2 full bathrooms aside from the full kitchen. The rooms are clean and the staff has always been polite and helpful. The hotel has an indoor pool with a hot tub which is super enjoyable year round. This is the first time we went down for the complimentary breakfast. It isn't huge but all the offerings they have we actually tasty and fresh. Bonus is they have a waffle iron which the kiddos enjoyed. I did appreciate

Positive: We were offered to use additional amenities at the neighboring property but there wS absolutely no need. We enjoyed all of the many the Residence had to offer. The staff was very kind. There was ample parking. Negative: Our ice machine did not work well in our freezer. The front desk was gracious to give is a huge bad full.

This hotel made my stay very comfortable. The room was a suite and very spacious. The hotel offered a real breakfast in the morning which is important to me since I have Celiac disease and can't have most of what is provided on a Continental breakfast (toast, bagels, cereal, English muffins).
