Courtyard by Marriott Roseville Galleria Mall/Creekside Ridge Drive

Stay here for 2 nights for the concert at thunder valley. Convenient location next to freeway and also to shopping, restaurants, activities! Staffs are very friendly and professional ! The rooms somehow need deep clean, stains on carpet, the water runs slowly away in the sink. Noise level is a bit over average, can easily hear people walking through the hallway and the room next or up or downstairs.

Let me start by saying the staff was very accommodating and friendly, but the room was unacceptable. I stayed room 208. The carpet was stained and torn. The tile in the bathroom was uneven with sharp corners sticking up and I stubbed my toe on one of them. The furniture was old, shabby, and damaged. The. mattress had deep indentations on each side where MANY people had obviously slept, and it was very uncomfortable.|This property seriously needs an update. I would definitely NOT stay at this hotel again.

Positive: The locations is excellent for videoconference meetings I was required to attend. The staff is wonderfully supportive, friendly, and accommodating with any requests for service. The location is located away from heavy traffic noise. Negative: The lobby/office computers were non-operational and I was unable to print any documents. Emailing the manager at the front desk was the only option.

Very okay experience for a Marriott. Didn’t read the reviews beforehand but kind of wish I did. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the lobby is nice, but the rooms feel a bit gross and dated. Not a marriott experience by my definition. Also can verify the random fire alarm going off during our stay. The carpet in our room was very stained and dirty. Personally going to opt for another hotel next time, but it’s a fine stay if you’re in town for work I guess.

This was my second time staying here and my experience did not improve. I'll get the good out of the way since there isn't much to cover. The staff are wonderful and very kind. The location is great because it's near so many shopping centers and the freeway. The bad... The rooms are dated. Furniture is old and beat up that I didn't even want to look inside the cabinets. The bathrooms have NO water pressure and hardly any hot water. The toilets are sized for children. The carpets are very old and there are random stains all over the walls. But wait, there's more. To let you stay there, you will let them bang you for $12 a night for parking. When I arrived at 1 AM after my long day, the front desk assistant proceeded to tell me about the parking cost and that a parking pass wasn't needed
