Hyatt Place Sacramento/Roseville

Just left a two day stay at this hotel and it was excellent! We came with a large group of teens for a nearby conference and the staff was polite, helpful and friendly. We have stayed at other local hotels and this one stood above the rest and was also very affordable. It was excellent. Angelina and her team were so accommodating and kind.

We loved this hotel… the bar for happy hour (and late night last call) is amazing - and the bartender was soooo nice and engaging! The breakfast buffet included with the stay was really good. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice desk if you are on a work trip. The giant tv was great!! The whole stuff was helpful and friendly||||Only suggestion (to ALL hotels- not just yours)-we def do NOT need alarm clocks OR room phones anymore but we DO need more plugs and USB/C ports for our electronics (especially by the beds). At least provide power strips with USB ports built in. ||||We will def stay again!!

Positive: The staff! I also liked the location. It was a busy area, but a good location for the areas I needed to travel to for the week. The location is also across from the Galleria Mall, though I did not have time to go. You can also walk to several restaurants. Negative: Free coffee but not tea.

We had a small hiccup with our room at check-in, though the manager on site, John, handled everything right away with kindness and professionalism. Once settled, our stay turned out wonderful. The room felt surprisingly spacious for three people, and the King-plus-sofa layout worked perfectly for us even on a very popular Friday night when the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and cheerful, and I loved the adorable cups they give to kids. Thanks to the team for turning things around and making sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Everything was top tier. Service was so good. The queen room was very spacious. Has a nice huge tv, an office desk. The bathroom was very clean. The dining area is blocked off away from the bedroom so there arent distractions. Our room was connected to another room which made it very convenient to keep in touch with family. Breakfast was very delicious and well kept. This Hyatt is one of my top 3!
