Kevin at the front desk was amazing. I got in super late 2-3am on Thursday 2/26/26 and had issues with my booking and he made everything so much smoother. The staff at this location are some of the best hotel staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in my time traveling. 10/10 service they made our stressful time into an enjoyable one. The room was great and very clean and spacious. The king bed was so soft and comfy with fresh crispyyyy sheets I did not want to get up. I can’t say it enough times the staff working during our stay were amazing so thank you to those wonderful people. Would defintley stay here again.

Went during Christmas with family and I think this is a fantastic value for New York! Staff were all friendly and hospitable. Rooms were spotless and clean with a pretty decent view outside. I'm also very appreciative that they offer two queen beds which I find is rare in NY for this price point. Room was a little bit on the smaller side but it's pretty average for New York. Lobby was spacious and available if you needed to get out of the room to work or study. They even offered complimentary snacks and coffee/hot chocolate! Breakfast was good but I wish they had just a little bit more options, but for the price it's good it's included at all. It's close enough to Manhattan where you can easily commute by car or subway which is not too far of a walk. You get the benefit of being close

The room itself is alright, beds are comfortable and it’s relatively clean - which is very rare. The housekeeping ladies and cleaners are nice, the reception staff is meh, not the most welcoming or helpful. Very stingy as well when it comes to giving us water, plus he refused to add my points to my Marriott Bonvoy account because I booked the room through Trip.com. And didn’t offer to help us when he saw us struggling with all our bags, there’s only one trolley that everybody shares in the hotel which is very strange, in other countries, someone helps with the bags and the trolley as soon as people arrive… No bathrobe, no slippers, which again is very strange for a hotel that belongs to the Marriott chain… but we noticed this happened throughout the entire country, so I guess the standards

I stayed at this hotel at the end of August into the beginning of September. As I always do as my dates are flexible, I booked each night individually so I had 8 separate bookings. That was fine and the checkin staff had often checked me out and back into the same room before I got to the desk. In fact my whole stay at the hotel was great, I had no issues.|My issues have been since I got home because the rooms I booked included 2,000 bonus points per stay which I have never received. I must have written to Marriott 5 times now and the only response I have received was to say they have passed my query onto the hotel. I've had no reply to anything since!|I'll continue writing to people until I get them. These hotels cost enough in the 1st place and then to not get what is promised leaves a b

My experience with this hotel has been deeply disappointing and extremely frustrating. We had a reservation during the week of January 24th. Due to severe weather conditions, our flight was cancelled and we arrived three nights later than originally planned. Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel to explain the situation, and we were explicitly assured that there would be no problem and that we would be refunded for the three nights we were unable to stay. When we arrived on the evening of January 27th, we spoke directly with the manager, who once again confirmed that the refund would be processed. At check-out, we were instructed to contact Booking (the platform through which we made the reservation) once we returned home, and we were told that they would coordinate with the hotel to
