SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lexington Frankfort

We’ve been traveling for a week and Sam was a breath of fresh air! She made us feel very welcome and was the most thoughtful and kind front desk clerk we encountered on our week long trip! The entire team here is definitely above average and seems to really care about their guests comfort and care! Thanks to everyone on the great team at this Springfield Suites!

We loved staying at this location. We were here for 4 nights and it was enjoyable, relaxing and it was a wonderfully centrally located location. This is a newer hotel and had lots of restaurants, things to do, shopping and distilleries close by.|The desk set up in our room was perfect that I was working remotely and could give my husband privacy to sleep while I was working. The hotel is very clean as it is new and has all the typical amenities you expect from a Marriott but the breakfast does seem to be a little nicer.|You are right around the corner from Buffalo Trace and Castle and Key which were both wonderful outings, along with the Kentucky Horse Park.|The only con I would say about this hotel is there is a railroad directly behind the hotel but you really dont hear it except for two

Brand new building, next door to waffle house. But away from the busy traffic. Very nice and smells amazing. Staff was very nice and greeted me as I entered. The room was ready and tv messaged a welcome very sweet. Ceilings are tall on the first floor. Perfect staying solo. Big work desk, couch, large bathroom. Room hvac is super nice and fully functional. Tons of electric vehicle chargers outside over 6 spots.

I been here numerous times and it has been my home away from home. The team here is like family. Love the diverse unit that goes above and beyond to get me comfortable and enjoying my free time when I return from work. Last week was taco Wednesday and it was extremely enjoyable. The bartender was very friendly and we explored new ideas to put me to sleep lol. We tried a spicy margarita and it was smooth and unique. The GM is definitely the goat of GMs. She handled my many emails with concerns with a strong sense of urgency. Very impressive team. Also front desk Lauren has a good cool vibe to her. She handled my amazon packages with care and urgency.

The room was clean, I'll give it that. But functionally its awful. The bathroom is directly across from the King bed with a glass door so anyone who gets up in the night to use the restroom will blind whoever is sleeping when/if they turn on the light. Water pressure was non-existent. AC leaked condensation all over the floor. Functionally the room was not very comfortable. Hot breakfast was very good...probably one of the better breakfasts I've had in a hotel.
