Holiday Inn Express & Suites Frankfort, an IHG Hotel

Let's start with the rate $270, seems a bit high to me, given the condition of the room, and the fact the pool was not available. If the pool is a listed amenitie and it's not available I think some sort of pro-rated discount should apply. Also, the TV seemed a bit small. The check-in person and the checkout person were both professional and cheerful. The lady running the breakfast bar went out of her way to be helpful. But service aside I would not stay here again.

Lovely hotel - clean and friendly. Staff so kind and generous. Rehabbed rooms. Big pool we had all to ourselves. The breakfast was also above and beyond - so many choices and the pancake machine was our personal favorite. ||It was a really amazing price point as well. And it helped bring so close to Buffalo Trace so we could get our daily selection at 9.

Positive: This hotel experience was quite good. Staff were excellent, temperature control was good, breakfast was good, mattress was good and location was excellent. Negative: The only criticism that I can offer, is that the lighting in the room was very poor. Additional lighting is needed.

Had The Rocking Christmas Beauty Pageant there. The conference-hospitality room that we were in was nice and it was an exceptional day for my competiting granddaughter. She won 5 titles that day😍 My only opinion is that pageant coordinator could have opted for a bit more space or modified the layout in a couple of areas. But overall everything was great . The Registration staff was super friendly. Thank you

Great hotel overall — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The location is super convenient and the area feels very safe, which made our stay even more relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again.
