Bluegrass Inn

Traveled from Michigan to “Bourbon Country”! Choose this hotel for location & price. Was very happy with both! Water pressure for shower was low. Our room was great! Absolutely will stay here again on our next trip.

Pros:|Mostly clean|Affordable|Variety of items at the breakfast|The staff was sweeter than honey||Cons:|No real cons other than the room I got (non-smoking) had an odor like it had previously been smoked in and a deodorizer was used. Weird because they offer smoking rooms.

I had an amazing time in Frankfort visiting the Buffalo Trace distillery! The Bluegrass Inn was a perfect place for me to rest my head after I long trip down from Cleveland. From the comfortable beds to the welcoming staff. It was a very enjoyable experience from check-in to check out. Highly recommend staying here for an affordable price while visiting Kentucky

Positive: The parking was convenient, as it was located close to our room, which made unloading our bags easy. While the room was small, it was exceptionally clean, which was a plus. The stay was definitely low-budget, which suited our needs. Negative: we booked a king-size room but were given a single queen room instead. The breakfast, was quite minimal with poor options

This is really just a good place to lay your head. Has a bed. Shower. Fridge and Microwave. Not dirty but has that dated feel. I know there are taxes but not sure how I was quoted $89 on the phone and bill was $107. That's about 20% and with a so called Veteran's discount. There are nicer and brighter and more spacious hotels up the road for only 20+ dollars more. The continental breakfast is what it is. Fruit, cereal. Bread but overall it served it purpose. Plus there are many places in the area to get a bite. Bluegrass Inn is a solid middle of the road stay and if you want to stay in the $100 Bill range. This will get you by without being creeped out. Checking in. Constance was very nice and polite as well.
