Knights Stay Inn Frankfort

Rooms definitely need some attention! After checking in and entering room there was a roach crawling across the floor by the doorway and the maintenance man smashed it with his finger!! Nightly and weekly rates are way to high for the conditions. There were some kids outside playing in the parking lot around our camper and we ended up with slight damages On the upside the hotel staff were kind and helpful.

It was ok. Lots of truck noise from the tractors idling. It was nice and cool in my room when we checked in. I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. No safety strips in the slick tub, mold on the shower curtain, the shower curtain was extremely hard to close and there was dried urine on the back of the toilet seat. Everyone was very nice and friendly though. The bed was amazing, I have never slept better in a hotel.

I just checked in. No sign outside to even know it's actually here. Got in the room. It was like a sauna and the air conditioner is wimpy to say the least. The room is filthy! I feel scummy even staying here but our reservation is non-refundable. After driving 8 1/2 hours this was supposed to be relaxing. Instead, I feel like I can't even change into clean comfortable clothes. Very disappointed! You got my letter from corporate. Please follow through with appropriate action by this coming Friday. Today is 7/14/2019.

Upon arrival I definitely racked the chamber to keep one hot when going into the room it was a whole nother ballgame I was worried about cockroaches and bedbugs the whole time definitely not worth the $50. The wife and I both agree this is the dirtiest place we have ever stayed we will never go for the cheapest hotel again a little life lesson for us. There was also no coffee maker who the hell does not have a coffee maker in their hotel room. I wish Google would give the option to leave no stars or even maybe a negative star but I had to pick at least one, lol.

Disgusting walls or nasty bathroom was nasty sheets look like they were wrinkled has been slept in before luckily we had our own bed clothes. The towels were black where it look like somebody had already dried their hands on them and they hung them back up again I highly recommend that no one ever stay in this Wasilla T. Told the staff at checkout and they did not even apologize for the conditions of the room.
