SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dayton South/Miamisburg

We recently stayed five days at the SpringHill Suites in Miamisburg Ohio while visiting family and friends, and we are excited that we have found our new place to stay every time we visit in the future. The hotel was spotlessly clean and modern, and the maintenance was impeccable. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The suite was huge with a large walk-in closet, large TV, and kitchenette — perfect for an extended stay. The breakfast was fresh and hot with different choices each day. Thomas, the breakfast attendant, was excellent and made sure there was plenty of everything. The employee Tyler was an absolute gem when we booked the meeting room for a bridal shower. He made us feel so comfortable and welcome from the start. What really stood out was how he anticipated what we might need; he brought us extra chairs without us even asking and was always ready to help with any little thing that came up. It felt like he genuinely cared about making our event special. His friendly attitude and his willingness to jump in and assist made the whole day so much smoother and more enjoyable and his cheerful demeanor made a stressful event so much easier and more enjoyable. We really appreciated his fantastic service!

Tyler goes above and beyond. Even offered to dry towels so they would be warm when we get out of pool! He is amazing. Says saltwater pool but its not. It is heated but you need to stand by jets for the heat..other than that great stay! Beds comfy. Its clean but some mold on shower ceiling and vent in room had a little leak so carpet had a small wet spot. Kids and I had a great time

We picked here to stay while coming back to the area to visit family. The hotel is beautiful, they were so nice when checking in, even offered warm baked cookies. The entire lobby smelled like home after baking. Our room was very nice. It included a microwave, and refrigerator in a small kitchenet. It also included a small desk area. What's nice is the shower and commod are in a small room separated from a nice area to get dressed and ready. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed and I'm very picky about where we stay.
