Hampton Inn & Suites Dayton-Vandalia

I’m a loyal Hampton Inn customer. Not all are the same. This location has gone under a full renovation and it shows. ||Rooms are redone and the two Queen bed rooms have spacious bathrooms and plenty of sleeping room for four people. The breakfast area has high ceilings and is cleverly decorated honoring the area’s aerospace and air force. Pool area has also been redone with the pool in phenomenal shape, water is warm and the towels are clean. ||Staff is kind and courteous. They left a goodie bag in our room upon our arrival. The woman who ran the breakfast area was incredibly polite and helpful. ||Best Hampton Inn stay in a long while.

I really like this hotel and it's location. This place is very clean, comfortable, and spotless. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Also the Front Desk and the Breakfast Lady were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I think they some sort of bonus or something because they made my wife and I very welcomed. I would love to comeback to this hotel. I love everything about it. I really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were courteous, friendly and nice. All questions or concerns etc were handled with exceptional attention. The side door wouldn't shut all the way and was immediately fixed so it couldn't be open and they were working on the elevators which we're having intermittent issues. The room was very clean and had more than enough linens to fulfill my occupancy. The housekeepers were very tentative to my requests and quick upon delivery of those. The breakfast and the dining staff were above most hotels in quality, choices and friendliness. The area was clean throughout the hotel. The location provides access to bus routes. There are an endless amount of restaurants nearby, whether you're looking to dine in or grab a fastfood cheeseburger at the drive thru. There's also a Walmart nearby

Excellent hotel if you are planning a "fun" date. Headboard does make sound but bed didn't squeak much. Honestly, its 2026, fun time is needed don't you think? The app was great, straight to the room with the digital key, check in/out from app.

Nice pleasant staff check in and out very nice room first floor king I would have gave it 5 all the way but bathroom floor had some gunk on it nice safe feeling area. Lots of places to eat ,olive garden was clean a excellent place
