Customer Reviews
The hotel is in a very good location, close to restaurants, shopping, and other amenities. Before booking, I read several reviews and they were mixed, but mostly positive. Many mentioned that the hotel is currently being remodeled, which I understood going in. Check-in was easy, although there was an issue with my payment during the third shift. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful in resolving it, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room we were given was very outdated. While it was generally clean, the sofa was absolutely disgusting—heavily stained and should honestly be thrown out. I did not sit or sleep on it at all. The ceiling had small water stains, and the bathtub drain was rusted, which made the room feel poorly maintained. I didn’t complain because we were onl
I booked two nights at this hotel for my cousin's birthday, to swim and relax. When we arrived the jacuzzi was down and algae was growing in it. The "heated" swimming pool was FREEZING cold. Apparently the heating in the pool had been broken for awhile and they haven't done a thing about it. Which would be okay if they stated that on their official website, but they do not. The pool room was very cheap, tiles were falling off the walls and the walls/floor of the pool were extremely rough. It left bruises and cuts on our nuckles, elbows and knees. Rooms were clean so ill give it that, though our room cards kept locking us out and we had to keep getting new ones. The coffee machine in the hotel room was also broken and did not work. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.
Just checking into this location for New Year’s. Drove two hours here and upon arrival our floor has a stench of cigarettes. Brought our two year old who was extremely excited to use the pool. Once we arrived at the pool we found out by other guest the heater isn’t working and the pool it’s self is very cold and my child was not able to get in. Hot tub is also closed which we were told by others that they’ve stayed here three times and all three times the hot tub was closed. We will not be able to utilize the pool for our child and wish we would have been notified and would have went to a different establishment.
I picked this hotel based off the name and expected better. The front desk staff were constantly on their phones in a room beside the front desk. At check out I was told just to put my key in the box. The lady didn't even look up from her phone or come out of the room. Our hotel room looked ok at first glance but there was stainings on all the blankets, stains on the carpet, hair in the bathroom floors etc. We kept our shoes on and our shoes were dirty from the carpet. The breakfast was ok. The pancake machine didn't work which is the coolest part when you stay at a Holiday Inn Express. The juices were extremely watered down. Everything tasted microwaved and just not good. The person running the breakfast however was extremely friendly and kept up with it. Overall I wouldn't stay there ag
Me and my cousin spent two nights at The Holiday Inn Express at this location, and we have recently returned home. In terms of the rooms, they were very clean and spacious. We got a 2 queen size room, and the heat/ac was very nice. But in terms of compliments that is basically where it ends. We decided to visit the hotel for my brithday, as we both enjoy the pool and wanted to have a relaxing weekend. This is our second time at this hotel. What we didnt know is that the pool's heater system was broken, and it was freezing temperatures. Not only that, the jacuzzi was broken and looks to have been so for quite some time, as the water and walls were green and cruddy. The receptionist said that the broken jacuzzi was stated on their website, but I have yet to find it when looking at the ameni
