Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dayton South

My Experience at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Fairfield by Marriott location, and I can say without hesitation that it exceeded my expectations in nearly every category. As someone who travels frequently, I have a very high standard for where I lay my head, and this stay was a breath of fresh air. The Atmosphere and Service From the moment I walked through the front doors, the atmosphere felt welcoming and professional. The lobby was immaculate and modern, which immediately set a positive tone for the rest of the trip. The front desk staff was incredibly efficient, getting me checked in within minutes while still taking the time to explain the amenities and breakfast hours. Front staff is amazing and very efficient! Pool is always warm and clean, Always enjoy my stay! Hotel is very clean! Close to many restaurants and the hotel is easily accessible from I-675! A mall is just minutes away but the hotel us is in a very quiet location! I am in Dayton often to visit a relative in a nursing home and I always stay here!

I stayed December 12-14th, I was checked in by Roselyn and she was absolutely amazing, and it set the tone for my entire stay. She was dare I say perfect at what she dose, Marriott has a standard for their brand and she embodies it with ease!! The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious. And the Night Audit Rick was also very helpful and attentive even at 2:30am. This location will definitely be a go to for me and my family!

Positive: Great experience. We had issues with getting a hold of the hotel prior to arrival. The staff was sincere and apologetic. Room was great and breakfast was amazing. Even after departure the supervisor called and apologized about phone issue. Great service. Negative: Nope.

I travel over 100 nights a year and have reached one of Marriott's top Bonvoy levels. I have NEVER seen a suburban location like this one, charge a rediculous parking fee of $3 per night. It is not the amount that bothers me, its the PRINCIPAL. If you want to make more revenue, simply raise the rates rather than hiding this fee! I have crossed this hotel off of my list and will not be staying here going forward.
