SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Lewisville

We had a positive experience at this hotel! We stayed here while our plumbing was getting worked on so we needed to stay somewhere close to home. The service was top notch, everyone we interacted with was friendly. The room was clean and had no smell which is huge cause my husband & I are very sensitive to smells. They had the typical breakfast you normally find at hotels, & their waffle maker makes waffles in the shape of Texas - which I found really neat! There is one elevator where the first floor button - you have to push very hard to get it to light up. Overall, we had a great stay!

TripAdvisor will not allow me to write a separate review of this hotel, therefore I will paste my prior review at the bottom of this one. ||This review will be one of the hardest that I have ever written due to the fact that I left a five "star" review of this hotel back in 2023. This time, however, there was nothing five star about it. I generally try to give both positive and negative aspects in a review, I am struggling to find any positive this time. ||I was in room 523 - the family suite for myself, my friend, and three of my grandchildren. We were traveling to Dallas to meet my son and his daughter - also my grandchild - for the three day weekend. I had stayed at this hotel previously and given it a outstanding rating. This was by far one of the best hotels in the area. The room was clean and the shower was fantastic. We loved making waffles in the morning. The selection for breakfast for great as well. The staff were helpful and nice. We asked for towels to be brought up because we arrived later in the day and the front desk brought them right up. I love the energy efficiency of the room. Easy access to the interstate and being able to get around town. Wal-Mart was very close which we had to pick up a few things we had forgotten. We will defiantly be staying here again.

Y’all have an amazing team working at this hotel. Larry was one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met! We’ve stayed here multiple times for family gatherings, and it’s always a great experience. The rooms are consistently nice and clean, and my kids absolutely love the breakfast. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Dallas which is typically every couple months whether for work or pleasure. Im not quick to write reviews (good or bad) but as much as I’ve stayed here I have never had a bad experience so this one is well overdue. Alex and his team always has the best service and they truly have make me feel like I’m home away from home. Each staff from the desk , the bar, and breakfast truly cares that you have a great stay.
