InTown Suites Extended Stay Lewisville TX - East Corporate Drive

I’ve been here for a week and plan to stay longer… This place is affordable and April at the front desk is more then helpful,she’s awesome because no matter how busy she is she always stops to tend to her tenants! That speaks volumes because I travel the country and not everyone does that. This place is lucky to have her and they got my business! Rooms are clean and the location is great! I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling or transitioning to a new spot…

This place has been great during my transition. I just moved back to Texas and needed a temporary place to stay. I have everything I need....comfortable bed, good wi-fi, kitchen, laundry facility, tv with good channel selections, and shopping near by. It's feels more like a 1 bedroom studio apartment than extended day. The staff and management are so helpful and kind. I'm very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Location close to highway and food options Negative: The staff was very rude and not very accommodating. The police was always there and the elevator was broken

If you go into this place looking for just a place to spend the night, you may be pleasantly surprised. Inexpensive, no frills, just the basics.||||But if you're looking for a place for an extended stay where you can live and work, this may not be the best place, because the kitchen is minimal (no utensils at all), the room is rather cramped, and the fare rather average.||||The night-manager-on-duty, Michael was nice and professional. The day manager, April, was pleasant and professional as well.

Intown used to have decent rooms many years ago. I put in a reservation for a non smoking traditional room. It was filled with smoke smell and cigarette burn on the blanket and a dead bug on the floor. The whole place was dingy and ugly. I couldn’t stay there due to the smoke smell and could not receive any money back due to there policies. Why make a reservation to get a room you didn’t ask for. The property managers were very nice and polite, but whoever owns this property should be ashamed of themselves for not taking care of the rooms there traditional or not. It’s costly to stay there as it is. I have no issues with the people at the front desk, but something needs to be done in those rooms. It was ugly, old and dirty. I will never go back there again.
