Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Lewisville

Great service. Especially for those who want to stay long ,this is the best place. Front desk staff are very helpful especially my buddy RV. And housekeeping does great job everyday keeping the promises clean and I can get room service whenever I want to . Love this place. After staying here for over 1years I don't feel like leaving this place now since everyone is friendly and has become like familia and friends .this place has really changed since new owners took over

This place doesn't deserve any stars booked it well in advance.Just to find out there's absolutely no breakfast and no water. Yes, you heard me right water actual water 💧 to wash with. I drove across 6 states Just to find this out in person after I had called to confirm all week long. And they were not offering any type of discount, I was told " We are at almost full occupancy we do not need to offer a discount". SMH. Also, the place looks bad in person we did not stay.

Positive: It was a 2 minute drive from my job. Negative: My reservation wasn’t upheld. The first room I was given smelled like urine. The room that I was finally given seemed fine until it warmed up in the room after adjusting the thermostat. I fell asleep & woke up to roaches mingling everywhere.

I needed help and Rv went above and beyond for me. He provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Very kind, polite and understanding. Usually don’t stay at this hotel but moving forward; definitely will be back

They were awesome and honest upfront and very helpful they asked me to inspect the room before agreeing to pay and stay and when I was unhappy with the room they switched me over to another room at the same price no issues… definitely recommend them
