Good lord, NO ONE should go to this place. Extended stay? Only if you brought you entire f ing household with you. Need a cup? That's extra. Need a pan? That's extra. Need a towel more often than once every 14 days? That's extra. Salt and Pepper etra. Not a single item to make,cook, eat - even shower was missing stuff. Just a tiny little bar of soap. no shampoo. No coffee, no breakfast. The wifi was free, but if you actually wanted wifi that worked, that was extra as well. I had to continually disconnect and connect the wifi and even when connected was crippled-dog slow The parking lot at night is full of sketchy people doing drug deals or prostitution - my wife was terrified. The extended state America in Louisville is a solid value. I had to find a place to stay on short notice, and a friend recommended this. Is it a five star hotel? No not even close. It is, however, budget-friendly. The room is like a good sized dorm room. There are dated appliances, including a full-size fridge and freezer, a double burner, stove, and itty-bitty microwave, and a decent sized sink. There’s a fair amount of storage for food and utensils and pots and pans. I went to the local Goodwill to pick up kitchen items. I could also, on occasion, hear the neighbors argue, but no worse than any apartment anywhere. what set this place apart for me is the staff. They were unfailingly helpful and kind. I arrived here under stressful circumstances, and I was treated professionally and polite

I stayed for several weeks and have been very impressed by how this property is managed. Compared to other extended stay hotels, this one gets my high praise for how clean my room was, the consistency of the staff, the cleanliness of the property, overall atmosphere of the property, the safety (no obvious nefarious activity), and a well thought out room that allowed me to cook, work, and rest. I praise God for my time here and want to thank Valery the manager for doing an excellent job. Valery did everything she could to be the most accommodating without compromising ethics that upper management would be displeased with. I was also very impressed with the maintenance man Ronaire. I was encouraged in many ways during my stay at the Extended stay America Lewisville.

NO FEE PARKING: The parking lot is well lit & free of trash & clutter FIRST GLANCE WALKING IN SIDE: The Entrances are clean & helpful front desk rep 1 QUEEN SIZE BEDROOM: The room is clean and have the basic needs. You will need to bring your own toiletries such as soap, shampoo, & toothpaste. There are tissue & towels inside of room. There is a kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, & a two aisle stovetop on the counter. There is enough space for you to sleep, eat, & shower with no worries NOISE & NEIGHBORS: I also noticed it was quiet and every one passing by spoke and minded their own business Overall.... It is
