Comfort Suites Lewisville - Dallas

We reserved the room with our points that we accumulated. We went to the room and they were just starting to clean it at 5:00 and he said to come back in 30 minutes and we seen that the room would be a quick clean not a good clean. We gave the front desk our key cards and canceled the stay. We got a different hotel room for the night. This is the third time in different cities that we used A Comfort Inn and each time the quality was poor.

Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Had This Comfort Suites in Lewisville (755 E. Vista Ridge Mall Dr.) should be avoided. After checking in, I discovered the TV and internet in my room did not work. Repeated calls to the front desk were ignored. When I went downstairs, the Assistant Manager was sitting on his phone watching TV and seemed completely uninterested in helping. The only solution offered was a smoking room, despite my reservation for non-smoking. The problems didn’t stop there. The next morning, there was no hot water at all. When I asked for a refund, I was told no one on-site could help and that the district manager was “out of the country for two weeks.” Convenient excuse, zero accountability. I’m sorry but this owner needs to unbrand from comfort or do a ton of investment. First off, pretty sure the hotel is non-smoking. That apparently doesn’t matter. Every other room on floor 2 is smoking cigs or weed. Second, the side door leading to the outside is straight up broke. No key? Just come on in. One person in my party didn’t have a door that would lock or latch. Third, the rooms are nasty. I’m fairly certain there was some sort of attack in my room as there is dried blood stains and splatter. On the wall, on the lamp shade, on the box mattress. And the couch is unusable because it has been ripped to shreds. Avoid. Drive 10 minutes away and stay elsewhere.

Absolutely, awful place. Employee ACE, was only bright spot. Hopefully they are remodeling, because our room was a major legal liability. There was popcorn under the bed, the pull out bed had no pillows,blankets and was filthy. When we asked for the items we were told they didn't have them. No extra towels. The smoke detector is hanging from ceiling. The bath tub rods are broken from the wall and you cant hold on. I'll be attaching 2 picture's. Used the lobby restroom because no extra toilet paper. A 2 syringe surprise on the floor. Also someone should tell the long stay guests (family) that everyone gets to eat. Came here only because the company i work for got us this pos hotel, the service is horrible all the towels are stained really bad, rooms are hot as hell, told them if they can check the a/c they never did. And the breakfast is terrible, im surprised they didnt mess up the cereal because litteraly everything served their the taste was off, the dryer doesnt work, i told them when i first got here and a week later its still the same. Its just over all a do not come to hotel unless its for a uknown reason you pick this hotel out of 3-4 hotels around here
